Applying to College1. The application link can usually be found on the universities home page, but to make it easy if you Google 'Apply to *Insert College/University Here*' it will take you right to the page needed for your Undergraduate Application
2. You usually will have to create a login for your application, don't forget to write your username/password down so you can log back in if needed 3. Making a login means that you don't have to complete the application in one seating, if there is no login then you'll need to finish it then and there (but that only happens with very short applications) 4. You'll need your Social Security number, this is how they link your application with your FAFSA so it's very important! 5. See what other materials they require (essays, recommendations, transcripts for dual enrollment, etc) 6. Pay the application fee. If you qualify for free/reduced lunch or TIP, you are able to get a fee waiver from your adviser or counselor. 7. After submitting your application you'll need to send your transcripts through parchment online. Your application will not be looked at until this is sent to the college! |
